Teams need project planning tools but often hesitate to use cloud-based AI due to privacy concerns. A local-first app could offer Gantt charts, task scheduling, and AI suggestions without uploading data. Small businesses and freelancers would pay for privacy and functionality. MVP: a basic Gantt chart with local AI suggestions. Risk is slower performance compared to cloud tools.
