Apple users want a task manager that respects their privacy while enhancing Reminders' functionality. Build a tool that adds features like nested tasks, tags, and analytics without storing user data. Start with a simple iOS app syncing with Reminders. Charge a one-time fee or subscription for advanced features. Risk: Apple could update Reminders to compete.
