Create standardized union contract templates tailored for game developers and tech workers. Sell to labor organizers and advocacy groups in the tech industry.
Diese Idee ist noch nicht übersetzt – hier steht das englische Original.
With the first major union contract in gaming signed, other tech workers will seek similar resources.
Tech workers increasingly seek unionization but lack industry-specific contract templates.
Build a repository of modular contract clauses covering tech-specific issues like crunch time, IP rights, and remote work policies.
Labor organizations would pay for professionally drafted templates to accelerate negotiations.
Start with just game developer contracts, then expand to software engineers and other tech roles.
Risk: Legal complexity and potential opposition from anti-union employers.
