People often struggle with IKEA furniture assembly instructions. An AR app that overlays step-by-step guidance on the physical pieces would simplify the process. Consumers would pay a one-time fee for popular furniture sets. Start with basic AR overlays for common items, then expand the catalog. Risk: keeping up with IKEA's product changes.
