Refund Policy

Effective date: September 26, 2026

We want you to be happy with Ideas. How a refund works depends on where you made your purchase: on our website, or inside one of our apps through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Purchases on our website

If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase — no questions asked.

Subscriptions. You can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or of any renewal charge. You can also cancel at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

How to request a refund. Email support@xeviora.com from the address you used at checkout, or find your order at https://paddle.net and request a refund there. Refunds are processed by our reseller Paddle.com back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. After a refund, the related plan or credits are removed from your account.

Billing questions. Charges appear on your statement as “PADDLE.NET* XEVIORA”. If you don’t recognise a charge, contact support@xeviora.com or look it up at https://paddle.net before contacting your bank — we’ll sort it out quickly.

The following applies to purchases made on our website (ideas.xeviora.com or xeviora.com):

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Purchases in our apps (App Store and Google Play)

Subscriptions and credit packs bought inside our iOS and Mac apps are sold by Apple through the App Store, and those bought inside our Android app are sold by Google through Google Play. Refunds for these purchases are handled solely by Apple or Google under their own refund policies — we cannot issue, approve or reverse them ourselves.

  • App Store: request a refund at https://reportaproblem.apple.com, signing in with the Apple ID you used for the purchase.
  • Google Play: request a refund from your order history in Google Play, or follow Google’s instructions at https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637. Whether and when Google refunds a purchase is decided by Google under its policies.
  • Cancelling a store subscription (in your Apple ID subscription settings or in Google Play › Subscriptions) stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not give partial refunds for the remainder of a store billing period.

If Apple or Google refunds a purchase, we may remove the related plan or credits from your account. If anything gets in the way, email support@xeviora.com and we’ll help however we can.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, UK or another country that gives you a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase, those rights apply in addition to this policy and are not limited by it.
