Smart home enthusiasts want personalized dashboards but lack design skills. Offer a service where illustrators create custom visuals for Home Assistant dashboards. Charge users directly for each project. Start with a small team of illustrators and expand based on demand. The biggest risk is scaling the service, but niche focus can attract loyal customers.
