1. Who we are

Ideas (ideas.xeviora.com) is a product of Xeviora. Xeviora is a brand operated by LIU HU, a sole proprietor (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By creating an account, using our website or native apps, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Ideas.

2. The service

Ideas is an AI brainstorming tool. You can browse a free daily feed of product ideas distilled from trending topics around the web; generate batches of ideas for your situation with a guided wizard; expand any idea into a deep-dive report (exportable as Markdown, PDF, or DOCX); and generate a simple landing page that you can publish at a public link to collect sign-ups for an idea you want to validate. AI-generated outputs use credits.

Browsing the feed on our website is free and unlimited. In our iOS app, free use includes a daily allowance of idea cards: 15 cards per day without an account and 30 cards per day with a free account, resetting at midnight in your local time zone. Ideas Pro removes the daily limit.

We may improve, change or discontinue features over time. If we remove a core paid feature you are paying for, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel and request a refund under our Refund Policy.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure and be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country). You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Payments, billing and our reseller

You can buy Ideas Pro and credit packs on our website or inside our iOS, Android, and Mac apps. Who sells to you and how you are billed depends on where you buy.

4.1 Purchases on our website

The following applies to purchases made on our website (ideas.xeviora.com or xeviora.com):

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Checkout for website purchases is handled securely on xeviora.com. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms). Charges appear on your card or bank statement as “PADDLE.NET* XEVIORA” (or “PAYPAL *PADDLE.NET” for PayPal). For invoices, receipts, payment methods and refunds you can also visit https://paddle.net.

Website prices are shown in USD. Taxes may apply depending on your location and are calculated at checkout.

4.2 Purchases in our apps

Purchases made inside our iOS and Mac apps are sold and billed by Apple through the App Store, and purchases made inside our Android app are sold and billed by Google through Google Play. For these purchases Apple or Google is the merchant: payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account, prices are shown by the store in your local currency (including any applicable taxes), and the purchase is also subject to that store’s terms and policies. Paddle is not involved in in-app purchases.

5. Subscriptions

Ideas Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. It renews automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.

Website subscriptions ($12 per month or $120 per year) can be cancelled at any time from your account’s billing page or via the link in your receipt email. We will notify you before any price change takes effect.

App Store and Google Play subscriptions are priced by the store in your local currency, as shown before you confirm the purchase. For these subscriptions:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID account settings (on iPhone: Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions; on Mac: App Store › [your name] › Account Settings › Subscriptions) or in Google Play › Profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.
• Deleting the app or your Ideas account does not cancel a store subscription.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of it is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Price changes are communicated by Apple or Google in line with their rules, and may require your consent where they say so.

Each paid billing period adds that period’s plan credits to your balance: 1,000 credits for a monthly period and 12,000 credits for a yearly period.

6. Credits

Credits are prepaid usage units that can only be used within Ideas to access its features. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be sold, gifted, exchanged or redeemed for cash, and cannot be used for any other product or service. Credits are not a stored-value or payment instrument. Credits do not expire while your account is open. Refunds for purchases that include credits are governed by our Refund Policy.

• New accounts receive 50 free credits once, at signup.
• Besides the credits included with Ideas Pro, you can buy one-off credit packs (300 and 1,000 credits) on our website or inside our apps. Credit packs are one-time, non-subscription (consumable) purchases: they add credits to your balance, do not renew, and do not change your plan. Purchased credits do not expire while your account is open.
• Credits that have been used cannot be refunded, except where required by law or by the refund policy of the store you bought them from.
• Each AI output uses a fixed number of credits, shown before you confirm: 10 per idea batch, 25 per deep-dive report, and 30 per landing page. Browsing the idea feed never uses credits.
• If a generation fails on our side, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.

7. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every purchase made on our website. See our Refund Policy at https://ideas.xeviora.com/refund. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Refunds for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are handled solely by Apple or Google under their own refund policies; we cannot issue these refunds ourselves. Request an App Store refund at https://reportaproblem.apple.com, and a Google Play refund as described at https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Ideas to: break any law; infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy; access content or data you are not authorised to access; violate the terms of third-party websites or services; send spam or unsolicited messages; collect personal data about others without a lawful basis; interfere with or overload our systems; or resell or share the service without our permission.

You may not use AI features to create or distribute: content depicting a real person without their explicit consent; face swaps, deepfakes or voice imitations; sexual or adult content; content that infringes intellectual property or trademarks (including other companies’ logos); academic work to be submitted as your own; medical, legal or financial advice; or anything illegal, harmful or deceptive. AI output can be inaccurate — verify it before relying on it. We may filter inputs and outputs and suspend accounts that violate this section.

Content you choose to publish publicly (for example share links or public pages) must comply with this section. You can report content to support@xeviora.com and we may remove it.

In particular, landing pages you publish must not:

• be used for phishing, or impersonate another person, brand, or organisation;
• offer fake, counterfeit, or fraudulent goods or services, or promise results, income, or returns;
• ask visitors for sensitive information such as passwords, payment card or bank details, government ID numbers, or health information;
• promote anything that is illegal or that we would not allow under this section.

You are responsible for the content of the pages you publish and for how you use the sign-ups you collect, including complying with data-protection and anti-spam law when you contact the people who signed up. Every public page carries a link for reporting it; we may unpublish or remove pages that break these Terms.

9. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create or upload. You grant us only the permissions needed to operate the service for you (for example, to store, process or display it). You are responsible for having the rights to the content you use with Ideas.

AI-generated ideas, reports, and landing pages are provided for reference only. They are not business, financial, legal, or investment advice, and any market, pricing, or revenue figures they contain are estimates, not a promise of results. You are responsible for validating them before acting on them.

10. Intellectual property

Ideas, Xeviora and their software, design and branding belong to us. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on our sites belong to their owners; Ideas is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

11. Disclaimers and liability

Ideas is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Termination

You can stop using Ideas and delete your account at any time — in our apps under Account › Delete account, or in Settings on our website. Deleting your account permanently removes your account data and does not cancel any active subscription: cancel it first as described in section 5. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Cancellation of a paid plan is handled as described in section 5.

13. App Store and Google Play

If you downloaded our app from the Apple App Store (iOS or Mac), the following also applies:

• These Terms are an agreement between you and us only, not with Apple, and they serve as the end-user licence agreement (EULA) for the app. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the app and its content. These Terms supplement Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/), which also applies to the extent it is not inconsistent with these Terms. Your licence to use the app is limited to Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store usage rules.
• Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the app.
• If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) of the app to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to a warranty are our responsibility to the extent not disclaimed in these Terms.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app or your possession or use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation.
• If a third party claims that the app or your possession and use of it infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.
• You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Questions, complaints or claims about the app should be directed to us at support@xeviora.com.
• You must comply with applicable third-party terms (such as your wireless data service agreement) when using the app.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and once you accept these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.

If you downloaded our app from Google Play, your use of the app is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the product. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live.
